Gabriela Llobet
Costa Rican. Gabriela is a law graduate from the University of Costa Rica. She has a Master’s in International Law from Georgetown University and a Master’s in Environmental Law from George Washington University.
She now works as an international consultant on investment promotion, foreign trade and government relations.
She served as Vice Minister of Foreign Trade (2002-2004) and was General Director of the Costa Rican Coalition for Development Initiatives (CINDE). Gabriela was also Corporate Affairs Manager for INTEL Costa Rica.
She has authored numerous publications on economics, law, environment and foreign trade, which have appeared in national and international journals.
