Costa Rican. Sol earned an undergraduate degree in psychology from UCACIS in Costa Rica and then went on to pursue a master’s degree in psychology from Laval University in Quebec. In addition, she has a Master’s in Human Resources Strategic Management from EOI in Spain and an M.B.A. from INCAE Business School.

She is the founding partner of Factor Humano, a firm devoted to advising small and medium-sized companies in Costa Rica on organizational development. Sol is also the founder of Escuela para Líderes (School for Leaders), a firm that promotes innovative leadership development tools and methods.

She is currently Managing Director of the Central America Leadership Initiative (CALI) and member of The Aspen Institute.

Her professional experience includes working as a consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Human Resources Manager at ILG Logistics and Regional Operations Manager at Fragomen. Sol is a certified coach and a Talentum® specialist.
