Costa Rican. Jorge earned an MBA with an emphasis in Management from INCAE Business School and has garnered over 25 years of experience in leadership positions. An excellent negotiator, he also boasts excellent organizational, analytical and personal relationship skills.

Jorge has occupied prominent positions in the private sector. He worked for Chiquita Brands International for 11 years and there he held different management positions. He spent almost 20 years at Grupo Nación and was responsible for the financial performance of the different editorial products.

He is an associate consultant with Door Training & Consulting and the Executive Director of APRONAGE (Association pro Geriatrics and Gerontology Hospital). Jorge is also a member of the Entrepreneurs for Development Association (AED) and the NGO Un Techo para mi País – A Roof for My Country.

He is the founder and General Director of Factoreo Express, an invoice discounting company focusing on small and medium-sized businesses.
